The Effective Teacher

      
        
       I salute Mr. Harry Wong about everything that he said on how to be an effective teacher. I believe also that every teacher will become effective. Maybe others will not be effective now, but hopefully soon. 

       After watching this video of him, it made me realized that to be a teacher is not that really easy at all. We have to implement a good classroom management first and everything will follow. It's also true that when a teacher is having her 1st year of teaching, one of the things you will think is how to survive in day. A teacher will do everything just to pass a day of teaching. Others will give up because of the struggles that they experienced in teaching the students yet a true teacher will not give up on his students instead he/she will do something more bigger so that his/her students will like him/her and love what they are learning inside the classroom. Teachers and most especially beginner in the field must watch this video of Harry Wong.
